Setting up voicemail 

To activate dial 1750 from your handset.

To listen to your messages any time dial 901.

To turn voicemail off dial 1760 from your handset .

To turn back on dial 1750.

While you’re listening to a message you can:

Key 0 to pause or continue
Key 4 to skip back 5 seconds
Key 6 to skip forward 5 seconds

Options during or after you’ve heard a message:

Key 1 to replay the message
Key 2 to save it
Key 3 to delete it
Key 5 to return the call
Key 7 to forward or reply (post-pay only)
Key 8 to hear who called you and when
Key 9 to reply by text (post-pay only)

Personalise your greeting

Your voicemail is automatically set up with a default message that greets your callers. You can record your own version of this greeting by:

• Dialling 901

• Keying * for greetings and mailbox settings and then 3

• Following the prompts
